Wrapping up Chapter 4

Well, we are wrapping up Chapter 4 and moving on to Chapter 5. I think after 7 Sunday's of Philippians 1:19-26 ..we should be starting to understand that To Live is Christ! We have learned that death is a means of making much of Christ. If we suffer or die on the Calvary road of obedience with Christ, the cost of following Him is no just a result of making much of Him, but a means. Death makes visible where our treasure is. 1

We have learned that To live is Christ is a life of many deaths. (we die daily) and it is also a life of fruitful labor. The laborers in the field are few. God wants laborers out in the field to gather in the Harvest. This is our life. To Live is Christ...To Die is Gain!

Chapter 5 is titled, Risk is Right-Better To Lose Your Life Than to Waste It.
Go ahead and start reading this chapter. We'll probably start next Sunday by watching the 5 minute video to kick us off. Then we'll study and discuss.
